Description
A one-way journey into the duality of Success/Failure. Clown Course. This course proposes a one-way journey into the duality of Success/Failure. An invitation to discover, explore, and de-dramatize the information from our culture, our family system, and our personality and character in relation to this duality.
What does Clowning contribute to the theme of Success/Failure?
The clown offers us an experience of Failure as a place of Resilience where we can reinvent ourselves, transform ourselves, broaden our perspective, and continue playing.
By failing, the clown often provokes laughter or an emotional connection with the audience, allowing them to transform failure into something valuable, thus developing their resilience.
On the other hand, the clown offers us an experience of Success as an ephemeral event that invites us to keep moving forward, with the awareness that everything is possible and changeable (both in life and on stage).
Furthermore, the clown brings us closer to the intuition that we can find a middle ground, from which to observe these extremes, to experience and play life/theater, walking and living towards our purpose, without our neurotic view of Success/Failure interrupting our journey.
We will start from our culture/neurosis regarding this duality to investigate, through the clown’s play, How to make certain family, social, or personal patterns more flexible and less dramatic.
