Sensoriality 1: How do I eat? An exploration of the sense of the joy of living. Clown Course
We will start from the approach of Trauma theories, to frame the work within the sensory deprivation
Embracing Oneself
It is a school of artistic, personal and spiritual development where we use the Clown and the Jester as expressive tools to allow the Human Being to travel through places of our spirit-body experience, in order to improve our presence and joyful experience in ourselves and in the world in which we live.
Embracing Oneself
to see ourselves from a compassionate, loving, and sometimes grotesque perspective. Belonging to oneself and to the group from an inclusive viewpoint encompassing all aspects of our being. Love for all that we are.
Our School
We draw on two theatrical genres that represent two dual aspects of our energy, the clown and the jester, related to our tender side and our aggressive side respectively.
The clown takes us by the hand to our naive, innocent side, to our childlike purity, to let us experience our foolishness and stupidity.
The jester connects us with our wounded animal, with our grotesque, deformed and excluded part; with our creative rage as existential self-determination.
Why Clown para Ser?
a great path towards self-compassion
foundation of innovation, creativity and resilience
celebration, authenticity, and self-love
route for sensory-somatic spillover.
Being stupid and slow as a philosophy of life
as a path to self-determination
a path to resilience and transformation
The madman as an archetype of freedom
our next

We will start from the approach of Trauma theories, to frame the work within the sensory deprivation

An experiential journey towards our purpose is proposed, to investigate personal/family/social mechanisms that interfere with our flourishing,

An experiential journey towards deconstructing our mask, walking towards the excluded and marginalized regions of our being.
