Course Description

A tragicomic group journey toward the deconstruction of our own mask. A group study of one’s own character is proposed, starting from the playful analysis of the three main Energy Centers, based on the teachings of ancient medicines. Gradually inviting participants toward the Twilight of their own Mask, as an opportunity and impetus for rebirth into their essential selves.

An experiential journey through the tragicomedy of human existence. The red nose, the smallest mask in the world, an unfathomable vessel in this naive voyage through the nascent darkness, will cradle us to sustain us in the Time of Ashes.

The resurgence of innocence after the longed-for nightfall.

Course Structure

A 17-18 hour course distributed over the weekend, with three 4-hour sessions and one 5-6 hour session.
